Christopher Court Clubhouse

The clubhouse at Christopher Court underwent an extensive renovation during the winter of 2006/07 that transformed the main interior meeting room into an attractive space for meetings and social functions. The space was redecorated with new flooring, all new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances as well as window treatments and a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The ceiling was remodeled for sound attenuation in an effort to eliminate the significant echo conditions that were previously present. Finally, recessed lighting was incorporated into the new ceiling and attractive sconces were added to the walls around the room. Clubhouse Rental The clubhouse at Christopher Court is available for rental use by owners or tenants of homes at Christopher Court Condominium and Breckenridge Condominium provided that the owners are in good standing (i.e. do not have an outstanding assessment balance, have no outstanding violations). Reservations are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis to those who complete and submit a Contract for Rental of the Clubhouse accompanied by the necessary rental fee and security deposit (separate payments). If you are a tenant, you must include a copy of the current lease with your completed contract document.
